At WW2 Airsoft, we want you to be fully satisfied with your historical replicas and gear. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and orange safety tips are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
