Powered by a reinforced Version 2 gearbox, the CHARLIE Carbon is built to withstand long-term use with springs up to approximately M120. Proven internal components include an SHS reinforced piston with 14 full steel teeth, reinforced steel gears with a delayer chip, and durable 7 mm metal sleeve bearings, ensuring reliable cycling and long service life.

The rifle is equipped with a 6.03 mm precision inner barrel and a rotary hop-up chamber, providing improved accuracy and maintaining consistent hop-up adjustment throughout extended firing sessions. The integrated QRS Gen2 Quick Spring Change System allows the main spring to be replaced within minutes without opening the gearbox, making it easy to adapt to different FPS limits.

The CHARLIE series uses traditional mechanical trigger contacts and is optimised for 7.4V LiPo or Li-Ion batteries. Players wishing to use 11.1V batteries should install a quality MOSFET or ETU such as the Perun Hybrid V2, JeffTron Leviathan V2, or JeffTron Scylla V2 to protect the trigger contacts and improve electrical reliability.
